The remaining balance can be paid in person on the day via cash or bank transfer, or the full amount can be paid online in advance. Please ensure that all health information provided is accurate to allow treatments to be carried out safely and effectively. Cancellation Policy Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with more than 48 hours’ notice (this can be done online through the booking portal, log in at the bottom of the page, see your booking email) Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.
