By booking a treatment or class with The Body Whisperer, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment or class space.
The remaining balance can be paid in person (cash or bank transfer), or Online in advance (full payment)
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 48 hours in advance: no charge
• Cancellations within 48 hours: deposit is non-refundable
• No-shows: full payment is required
Health & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information prior to treatments or classes.
The Body Whisperer reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments where necessary for safety reasons.
Treatments and classes are intended to support wellbeing and relaxation, and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Liability
While all care is taken to provide safe and professional services, The Body Whisperer is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from treatments or classes, except in cases of proven negligence.
Classes
Clients should participate in yoga classes at their own pace and inform the instructor of any injuries or concerns before the session begins.
Changes to Services
The Body Whisperer reserves the right to make changes to services, pricing or schedules at any time. Any changes will be communicated where possible.
